You got the job you always wanted, and now you have to negotiate the salary and terms you want. Or your company charges you with re-negotiating terms with suppliers, in the current situation where every penny counts. Or you have to fight for extra resources for your department with the College Bursar. Where do you start?

Taking our Negotiation skills course would be a good starting point. We’ll work with you on your individual negotiation issues, considering examining your concerns, help you to emphasise the positives by building up small wins and we’ll work with you to identify potential contentious issues and how these can be handled.

Negotiators need to think about and research all of the possible options available to them. We’ll help you with this. This research will also point to the flexibility in the options available to you.

The course takes one day. That’s the duration that is most effective.
