Our careers clinic helps people get jobs, it helps companies recruit the right staff, and it helps the same people and companies when redundancies hit.
It’s a type of work where it’s often difficult to measure whether or not you make a difference. You can quote happy clients. But the clients could be happy with the service and not be any more likely to get the job they’re going for.
So we’ve been keeping track.
Since we started we’ve logged our clients’ performance at interview. And in the public ones (where they tend to say how many people went for the job) we’ve compared the average performance with the performance of our clients.
Here’s the results;
We kept an eye on all the public-sector interviews our clients went for. They were 16 times more likely to get the job.
It’s not a guarantee.
All we can guarantee is we’ll make you better at interview than you currently are.
But it’s not a bad track record…
