Using experienced trainers who are expert communicators, and therefore expert storytellers, we ensure that you learn the practical skills of storytelling.

Our experiential training model ensures behavioural, not just attitudinal change.
We record you and play back. We let you see what you’re doing well and how you can strengthen your storytelling. Then we record again and you can see the difference and embed the learning.
You’ll leave with expert guidance to refine your storytelling skills, ensuring your points resonate and leave a lasting impression.
Our training model doesn’t leave people with fancy words for things they still can’t do. It changes behaviours and gets real results.
This training can be offered as a half day or a full day. Or it can be split across two half days to allow participants work on their feedback and return to deliver again and further develop.

You’ll come with a story read to tell. One that is designed to achieve a key objective.
Then you’ll tell it – and be recorded, assessed and given the knowledge to improve.
You’ll learn how to make a story vivid, specific and therefore memorable, how to structure a story so that it’s easy to follow and understand, plus how to deliver in a natural, authentic and interesting way.
This course can also be run with a group of senior individuals, working together to enhance their leadership communication. It's a course that is particualrly useful for senior leaders or technical experts who are seeking to communicate the complex.

Yes. All of our training programmes can work as effectively delivered on any online platform.
We have adapted our offering to fully replicate the experience online. Working remotely, we can still record your input, play it back live and assess it together. And then give you a clear road map to improvement.

Yes. We have trainers based right across Ireland. And all of our trainers are willing and happy to travel.
