Course Overview

Impactful leaders communicate impactfully.

Whether that’s getting buy-in from your board or communicating a vision; motivating your team or connecting with your customers.

Through a blend of direct consultant advice, immersive practical exercises and self-reflection over six sessions, you’ll develop a practical communications toolkit.

That means knowing how to analyse your audience so you can influence or motivate them. It means having the time and space to reflect on how you’re viewed by people around you while developing the critical skills of listening and questioning. It means knowing how to challenge and be challenged. It means knowing how to run effective meetings - in person and online.

But theory alone doesn't change people’s behaviour. Learning by doing - is the only way to do this.

That’s why you’ll have the chance in this programme to prepare for a specific communication – a presentation to a key stakeholder or a motivational talk to their team - and deliver it to us.

We’ll record you. We’ll watch carefully. And listen intently.

Then it’s playback and assessment. No humiliation.

Just objective expert analysis. With pointers on how to improve.

We tailor the six sessions to your individual needs, challenges and objectives.

Before session one, you’d meet with your trainer for an in-depth discussion on what you’d like to achieve by the end of the six session programme; and we’d agree on a training plan that would get you to where you need to be.

The six sessions could take place over a two months, or even two years - we’d work out what you need, and design the plan to deliver on your goals.

Your organisation may need its leaders to enhance their ability to inspire their teams to meet inevitable challenges, communicate more effectively under pressure or simply become more impactful in the remote work environment.

What this means, in terms of practical skills, is different for every group. So we’ll tailor the sessions to your team.

We’d sit down with the team lead or key contact, identify the challenges we need to address, and then design an interactive, modular programme that builds the key skill set your business needs to thrive.

If you need a senior leadership team who can work together, collaborate brilliantly and work through problems in a productive way - then we’d include an challenging module on that.

If you need leaders who can inspire, motivate and drive performance via their communication skills - then we’d include an immersive module on that.
