Cathy Kelly is one of Ireland’s best-loved and best-selling authors, with 23 published books, including her latest, Sisterhood. We have had the privilege of working with Cathy since 2013, promoting the launch of her last ten books.
Media Relations
Over the past 12 years, we have collaborated closely with Cathy and her publishing team. For each book launch, we have drafted and issued press releases and pitched Cathy to national print, broadcast, online media, podcasts, and regional outlets.
Our efforts have consistently secured interviews for Cathy on RTÉ’s Late Late Show, RTÉ’s Today Show, Virgin Media’s Ireland AM and Six O’Clock Show, as well as in publications like Sunday Independent, Irish Independent, Belfast Telegraph, Irish News, Irish Examiner, Irish Times, Irish Daily Mail, Irish Daily Star, and Irish Sun. We’ve also arranged interviews on popular radio programmes, including Newstalk’s Pat Kenny Show, RTÉ’s Sunday with Miriam and Today FM’s The Last Word and Alison Curtis shows.
In addition, Cathy has appeared in The Gloss, Image.ie, Evoke.ie, Sean O’Rourke’s Insights Podcast, Senior Times Podcast, Mario Rosenstock’s Podcast, and Vicki Notaro’s You Had Me At Hello Podcast.
Regionally, we’ve arranged interviews on stations such as East Coast FM, LMFM, Ocean FM, Radio Kerry, and Midlands 103.
For the launch of Sisterhood, we worked with her publishers, HarperCollins, to host a special event for the book trade to celebrate Cathy’s new release.

Throughout each media campaign, we have also sent books to influencers who have shared posts on Instagram to further amplify Cathy’s reach.
Outcome
Cathy’s latest book, Sisterhood, spent four weeks at number one on the Irish bestseller charts before moving to number two. The paperback also entered the top 10.
