We have a track record of success and will ensure that you are ready to score as highly as possible in each competence or capability. Whether you are applying for a promotion to AO or going through the TLAC process to become Secretary General, we can help you prepare for, and perform during, the interview - whether it uses the Competency Model or the Capability Framework.
Using the application form or job description you send us in advance, we will put you through an interview covering several of the competency or capability areas, using different types of questions and ways of probing your answers.
We’ll record it and our consultant will go back through the recording with you, working together to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
We’ll then interview you again, allowing you to immediately apply the new structures and techniques, and you’ll leave the session with a plan for how to effectively and confidently prepare for your interview.
