We are seeking a versatile and highly creative Graphic Designer & Content Creator with a strong eye for detail and a clear understanding of brand governance.

This role combines hands-on creative production with responsibility for preserving and consistently applying the brand across digital, print, and physical environments.

The successful candidate will be a highly visual storyteller who can bring concepts to life through impactful design, compelling video, and engaging content - while also acting as a custodian of brand standards.

Graphic Design & Brand Stewardship

  • Develop high-quality, visually engaging graphics for digital, print, and on-site applications 

  • Create and maintain brand-consistent assets, including presentations, reports, brochures, hoardings, signage, email templates, advertising, PPE branding, and promotional materials 

  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring correct and consistent application of brand across all outputs, channels, and suppliers 

  • Work within established brand guidelines and contribute to their evolution 

  • Review and quality-assure design outputs produced internally or by external suppliers to ensure compliance with brand standards 

  • Collaborate closely with communications, marketing, and various teams to align visual outputs with strategic objectives 

  • Ability to ensure documents are aligning with brand. 

Social Media & Digital Content Creation

  • Produce platform-specific content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, animations) tailored to channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and internal platforms 

  • Support the development and delivery of content calendars and campaign concepts 

  • Ensure all digital content aligns with tone, visual identity, and accessibility requirements 

  • Monitor emerging formats, trends, and best practices to enhance reach and engagement. 

Videography

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for campaigns, stakeholder engagement, internal communications, and milestones 

  • Manage the end-to-end video production process, including storyboarding, filming, lighting, audio, editing, colour grading, and final delivery 

  • Produce both short-form and long-form video content optimised for different platforms and audiences. 

Photography

  • Capture high-quality photography for events, campaigns, construction sites, corporate use, and brand storytelling

  • Edit and retouch imagery to ensure consistency, professionalism, and brand alignment 

  • Organise, catalogue, and maintain a structured digital asset library for photos and video content. 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–5+ years’ experience in graphic design, content creation, or a related creative discipline

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video, and photography capabilities

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom) and/or equivalent tools (e.g. Canva)

  • Practical experience with camera equipment, lighting, and audio setups

  • Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and consistency across channels and formats

  • Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment

  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to uphold brand standards across complex organisation.
