Public Communication; Panel Preparation, Piece to Camera and Media Skills
Half Day Session
This group course will give participants the skills and confidence to deliver superbly in public.
Whether it be preparing to represent their organisation on a conference panel, delivering an exception piece to camera for online content or appearing on a podcast panel or media interview.
Working with participants from other organisations, and through practical experiential training, participants will learn how to be their natural selves in environments that might not feel natural.
They'll learn how to be interesting, understandable and memorable.
Course Outcomes
By the end of this open training course, you will:
Be able to prepare for any public communication with confidence, poise and structure.
Know how to make any inputs interesting and relevant to your audience
Have clear preparation and practice guidelines and notes that you can use repeatedly
Have the capacity to deal with your nerves and use them to improve your delivery
Know how to maintain a natural and confident delivery style, regardless of the situation
Know how to craft and deliver inputs that combine clarity, credibility and emotion to inform and entertain a public audience.
